Absolutely not a closed mind. I suggest that maybe research the area we hold, go and look at geo and metallugical mapping, research some geology, look at historical mining in the area. Look at how AMI has progressed in the last 12 months, the grading of our drill results, then maybe talk about closed mind. Unless you understand the potential of our resources there can be no basis to talk about a buyout or merger. Thats just being ignorant and uninformed in my books. You can choose to sell at bargain basement prices, I have my own ideas of our value, that is currently not reflected in our SP. There is no way I would support such a motion, as stated, unless the offer was significant.
