I can remember YTC drilling Nymagee quite aggressively in the day. They had numerous great hits, but they eventually gave up saying the copper had too much talc in it. Not sure what that means, but it has been dormant ever since - at least 10 years.
The old timers could deal with talc - surely today's metallurgists can work with it. It is a deep well endowed system with the town and pub built around it. Last time I stopped at the pub, it was temporarily closed, so I had to continue on to Cobar with cracked lips.
