You are not alone. I have ptsd as a result of 37 years of front line emergency healthcare working in several specialised areas. Still having nightmares and bad dreams. It all suddenly came crashing down for me 16 months ago, and haven't been able to work since. Still seeing a psychologist and shrink. Good work making the change and getting the help you need.
