Even a good example that was raised on here was the aboriginal liaison officer or whatever title they gave her. Started on initially like 40k & then the following year is on over 90k and issued all the performance rights. Which I imagine is largely for their own purposes of voting power...but my little conspiracy theory on justifying that sort of pay rise is that,if it all folds and they lose control/ownership, the new owners are all of a sudden faced with some first nations bs which makes advancing unfeasible....but guess what family & former management team could be of service to help someone out of that sort of predicament
