How many people bought stock thinking it was cheap, only for it to get cheaper and cheaper , as the company found more new people and companies to sell to.
They did this until it was at the lowest market point of one tenth of a cent.
They then went off-market and sold at a discount to the lowest market price & issued stock down to half a tenth of a cent, so that takers could go on-market, and join the sell cue to make a profit.
In short they undermined their own shareholders shareprice.
