It's a private company, with majority ownership by the two DAU directors (Malcolm Carson & Hui Guo).
It may be floated / listed down the track, but if I were you I would consider very carefully whether you would want to put yourself in a position of financial vulnerability to these two individuals a second time after the way they treated (and continue to treat) DAU shareholders.
