It doesn't matter what advice i dispense there will always be those who wont want to believe what you say. So my advice is to do what i did, go back and thoroughly examine all the announcements, financial reports etc that have been released over the past few years and do some research into those running the business. I have a financial background and IMO i wasn't happy with how the reports added up and that combined with the management profile left me with too many unanswered questions so i pulled the cord.
