Obviously they aren't happy about the decision handed down by the Takeover Panel, but it was to be expected.

After all, and from what I have been able to understand thus far, they weren't playing fair and by the books, hence whey they got handed down that result.

The Takeovers Panel has received an application from major Molopo shareholder Aurora Funds Management  seeking a review of the panel's decision on orders restricting its ability to sell or vote with its shares.

The panel is considering its response. ""
