When it comes to detecting BS, it's the most important sense.

"Pursuant to the proposed sale process, the Company will seek expressions of interest in the form of non-binding offers, the time for receipt of which will end before Christmas 2022 . After this, the Company will engage with a shortlist of preferred bidders who will be given an opportunity to undertake in depth due diligence, with a deadline for them to present binding offers to the Company in the first quarter of 2023."

This reads like someone selling something that is in high demand and will have buyers climbing over each other to get it. TWO MONTHS to find a buyer. And in that very short window they anticipate the list of bidders to be big enough they'll have to cull it down to "preferred bidders". Then the lucky shortlisters will be given an opportunity to do in depth due diligence in another very short space of time and submit binding offers.

    Yeh, sorry... It reeks.

The only way they could think they could have someone interested in buying them in just 2 months is if someone was already set up
