Spot on! The BOD are a very selfish lot whose first aims are on enriching themselves. They are definitely not shareholders friends. it is run like a private club and all though they do not have to have any respect for the minority shareholders that help accompany them early stages their reputations are in tatters now. The directors are living off their own cunning or maybe they induce a naive Chinaman in China to take up shares. Most of us that had formed the original HC group have long since given up on the company and I personally have made millions in another direction. It was however a wonderful learning curve for me on how to do due diligence on a company
