- Investigate opportunities to recapitalise the company
- Investigate options to relist the company on ASX or possibly on Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Complete current construction work on Mt Garnet TSF2 and continue to progress the Mt Garnet Project towards a restart later in 2023
- Investigate Mt Garnet Project concentrate offtake options, including financing arrangements
- Actively pursue the sale of the Einasleigh Project
- Continue the Aurora sale process discussions with genuinely interested buyers
