    Surely even you don't believe this.

    We have a company with a runway of less than 3 months left.

    We have an incomplete building project needing >$60M to finish.

    We have a stock price that is lower than what it was in August 2017.

    We now face the challenge of trying to raise money at significant discount to the list price and diluting all of us.

    The stock price fell 12% yesterday.

    The dream is over.

    Lets vote for a change of management - someone who can salvage this trainwreck
