Gone from paid 60 days in arrears to after 60 days ACL will be told what their profit share was and someitime after that it is paid ?

Never heard of such a crock let alone the thought of being in a information blackout totally for the first 10 odd million in development costs. Could they really be that silly to sign up to something like that- makes you wonder and I hope the agreement was comprehensive and has a full audit and dispute clauses.
