John Risk can u tell me where that chart comes from please ?
I note my continuous chart is quite different and was wondering if it was because yours gives a daily open and close different to mine . Some start the new day at midnight , some after spi settlement at 4.30 or I guess some could start the day at 9.50AM ? and close at 7 am ?
The below chart is continuous spi but is a cfd on spi so the opens and closes are always wrong as they work on the bid not the real price but there are substantial differences .
