I reckon the ASX200 is easy to trade in the morning because the OS leads are clear and there's no contamination from other markets being open. I can't do it when the market is going well because I'm busy daytrading, so I keep it for when the markets are bad. Generally if OS was up overnight, the ASX will go up, and vice versa. And usually it only has one main reversal per day.
