I dont think they will raise money for a fair while. They plan to build the plant at GBG's factory so minimal capital outlay from INL I'd say. Maybe just a royalty???
10-15 cents before a capital raising becomes an option imo or alternatively no need for a capital raising if they sell the licensing rights overseas rather than try to develop it themselves.
Realistically they dont have the human resources to go it alone o/s.
