The writing's on the wall for further priority to gain access to Mono Coal.
For a start, Mono passed Aussie late last year for imports into China.
This article notes the train track 'roll-out' :) across parts of China.
I'm particularly interested in the 2nd last para:

With border crossing attention - to increase volume of import from Mono, etc, bades well for Draig's potential, imo.

Guess will mean alot more when (positive ?) up-dates are posted by mgt ....
