why dont we vote no for any incentive shares and options.
Aren't they being paid anyway? What remuneration are they on?
It's not just RRS, but i get a bit sick of sweet deals for directors who get paid to do a job, then need incentive to do it better?
Typically, they already own shares and options, so its ALREADY in their interest to get things going.
