I like the "oil fields" bit as a subdued recognition of their existence...just with the smell of oil,in spite of, turbulence, the SP would improve significantly.
In WA companies explore for and find Uranium, not knowing when they'll be able to dig it. However their share price appreciates because of the actual resource finds. To a very different degree, way different in deed, oil will be discovered in Puntland. It will be a matter of time before it can be extracted...how long? who knows. I'd choose to stick around and find out..
