it is become very hard for low income earner ,if you are low income you will see real thugs gangster like behaviour abuse kind of people bully ,all kind picker you can see .we need to protect affortable tenante all kind of people are putting hand into this property and force vacated you pay for this tax but it is not that way good name but bad way I can say
