They are always looking for 'green shoots' to spruik the market. However if you look at the increase in sales over the past two months, yes they are higher than the prior months but compared to the same months last year or years prior it's not great and the the previous years were also poor performing years. Way too early to to say it's causing prices to pick up again..I still see adds 2006-07 prices.
