"It would be nice if the MM share prices reflected this news..." ..... It pretty simple, look at the names that have the import licenses, they will benefit from a first mover advantage having already built out their facilities and thus have the established sales channels today.
    https://www.odc.gov.au/sponsors-authorised-import-medicinal-cannabis-products
Those with cultivation licenses won't be ramped up to provide any meaningful amount of supply for 8-12 months (Authorities hope it will be sooner but realistically, given the average ramp time of new entrants in the Canadian market it will take longer than most expect -  you must account for time to source starting materials, use first harvests as learnings to adjust for yields, etc, and then authorities must implement and enforce strict quality control, testing procedures. And that's all assuming there are no early crop failures as these new facilities are used for the first time)
As you can see from the list of importers in the above link, there are only 3. Two happen to be importing from entities that are public and listed in Canada.
CanniMed (via Health House), Satipharm/HarvestOne (via HL Pharma).  CanniMed is a publically listed company on the TSX in Canada (CMED) and HarvestOne is on the TSXV (HVST).  Look to those "MM" names that have direct participation in the early upside in the Aus market.
