I don't get a pension, I have worked all my life, employed many people, paid my taxes, contributed to my employee's retirement etc etc, But someone who never works gets a pension, really gets on my goat. I don't want any dollars but I would like the pension card, I got far more as a person of pension age in Sweden and Finland than I have ever got or will get from the Australian Govt.
On the other hand, a politician gets a pension despite his or her wealth plus plus plus, they can even be employed as most are and still get the pension, these are the same people who make the rules for us,
