The article yesterday said that the regulatory agency that hands out the start-up license hasn't even received the application form and it takes an absolute minimum of 6 months after receipt of the application. May take a bit longer to tick all the boxes if the locals are already upset. Afterall it is a govt agency and they need to keep everyone happy in order to get re-elected again next time.
Perhaps Nick knows that the LAMP will be severely delayed, ie. 12 months or more, in starting up because of the radioactive troubles in Malaysia. So he is trying to get out of LYC at the top and move over to project number 2 at Forge.
Hence his trying to sneak away with Crown and his recent selling of shares. Could be planning more sales ASAP.
