Seems to have been a similar issue with a number of posters here.

Mine is a different issue, but I ordered on day of re-opening, waited patiently for it to arrive in Australia only to find out last week it was being returned to sender because address was apparently wrong. Not according to the order, not even according to the con note according to the NZ postal co. But when I spoke to Auspost they said delivery address had completely different postcode. Anyway, I'm hoping a new fedex delivery they have just sent will arrive a little earlier and fingers crossed with unscrewed lids.
