Yes it defies logic sometimes. Still vendors with valuations from 2007 thinking their house is special. They were never worth that then, the agents gave high valuations to get the listings. Market is returning to normal. pre 2001.Properly priced well will sell and dreamers on both sides of the fence will miss out.
