Althought theres alot of talk about property losing value Ive noticed that anything in Melbourne's North West is almost completely bucking the trend - Theres a whole bunch of new estates out Diggers Rest, Sunbury, Fraser Rise, Deanside way that are trending upwards still - Although not at significantly fast rates it still opposes what news and media articles are saying.
if you look at any suburb near the calder freeway from Niddre to Sunbury theyre all upwards....
Keen to hear peoples thoughts on this and whether the trend will continue. Its really the only area's that have land remaining - is it the land that is causing the opposing trend?
