Same here, bit of a nasty set up for them really, In particular if they dont have family to bail them out or give them additional assistance. *low rates, *no recession for decades giving a sense of invulnerability, *terrible rental market so ownership at almost any cost is further incentivised. Throw in the fact that some bought off the plan apartments that were not built well, and that is terrible. I guess if it gets bad enough and they they will have to sell.
