Hi guys, I'm the bloke who does real estate signs in the peel region of Perth. I can tell you I'm still doing my average amount of signs up a month, although it is obviously down on what it was 6-9 months ago. Agencies have started using For Lease signs again which wasn't happening in the last year. The amount of pick ups have definitely slowed down, and today for the first time in probably 2 years, over half of the signs collected today had no sold stickers on them.
Just though I would add some actual facts here, as it seems a lot of people here blowing smoke on both sides. For the record I think the market will drop 20-25% between now and mind 2024. I have sold my house, and look to buy again early 2024.
