    I fully owned my PPOR bought it 2000 around $450k, it's worth $1.7 mil now.

    My 2nd one bought it in 2009 $310K... today $750k (with a mere $200k owing).


    1/3 Australia homes are fully owned, why surprise?... you sound like you are really young & poor.
