Greystone - think you might need to improve your listening skills - Shipping is 3m tonnes, $1bln revenue and operating expenses of $100 per tonne (not $100m total costs). He didn't state a figure for Capex merely said they hoped and believed it would be low, but even if higher than currently expected at current phosphate prices would still be viable.
