Tend to agree with you here mate.
My SMSF is with ESuperfund and I hold IMU shares and the OE's (and unfortunately OD's too) and I have absolutely no problem with trading them. Even when I make multiple trades in one day of IMU or the OE's its always spot on and lets me perform the trades.
The broking company they use is CMC Invest, not sure what broker Aus Super uses but it does sound a bit suss to me.
