My AFCA complaint has been registered and processed. AFCA has now sent the complaint to Aus Super who have until 6 Dec 2023 to respond to me and AFCA.
If you are affected and want a better outcome from Aus Super then I suggest to first lodge your Aus Super complaint and when you receive the boilerplate reply per @Plots12 then lodge your AFCA complaint.
Hoping there is some leverage with numbers for a satisfactory outcome.
