Yeah the customer service team at AUSTRALIAN SUPER are useless, i must have called them about ten times to try and get an answer about this during the SPP, once i spoke to someone who sounded like they may have known something, there reply to me was AUSTRALIAN SUPER do not receive any IMU options. Yeah right more like they resell them at a low price, there is no description of this process in the product disclosure statement for member direct. This makes me mad, but at the same time i think i may have purchased some of these cheap options on the open market. Bottom line AUSTRALIAN SUPER IS INCOMPETENT.
