I agree with you to a point. The money is nothing. They can easily defend this one way or another.

I put a small amount into the CR mainly because I was disappointed with IMU and the CR terms yet my greed and fomo got the better of me. The money I’ve lost because of aus super is minuscule but I have a fairly substantial super balance with them and I’d like to think they want to keep their customers. So I’ve complained through Aus Super and AFCA. For me if they can’t understand a CR maybe they aren’t right for me.

It’s a test for me of aus super. Plenty of other options if they disappoint.
