I'll second this. I think, at best, you'll find that this was your fault for not understanding the product, i.e., super investment vehicle, well enough before choosing to execute a share purchase.
I dare say Aus Super's PDS and other related and publicly available docs state its investment limitations rather clearly, and they are well within their rights to remove assets outside of their approved listing. They are, afterall, an Industry Super Fund provider, not an open menu investment platform.

Further to this, I'd say you'll end up paying the difference between the VWAP discounted SPP price and the listing price at the time the SPP was executed. So, you'll end up having to pay the 2% discount difference to retain your $5k in shares.

Lastly, if possible, please rename the thread to 'Class Action against Australian Super' or something to that affect.
