I will be buying 50% now and 50% at end of year just prior to trip.

Have called Westpac and ANZ. ANZ will give me the TT rate if I order online rather than cash rate. However, there's a 1% fee. Westpac say they charge a flat $8 fee, but will only give me the cash rate. Will do my sums and decide.
