So with the IPO prospectus finally filed for this one - not sure what else they'd been filing all this time - and the other thread created, thought I'd look up the history and it appears there has been some back and forth with this for some period.
A couple follow up questions:
- What was the reason they didn't go ahead with the TSX listing they had settled upon in mid-October?
- What was the size of the pre IPO raise? (done at 10c I understand)
Look forward to reading the prospectus over the weekend for greater insight into the potential, etc.
