AC8 is basically a right-off - the remaining "executives" do not have or have never had the driving commitment to developing a business.

Layton was a weak prop to demonstrate they were actually doing "something" His business as it now appears was also built on so-called "entrepreneurial" flair. A promoted concept with no viable business model as it now appears.

So now, it just drifts into obscurity rudderless, leaderless with wolves getting a feed from the carcass with fees, salaries, and consultancy.
