ASL FY09 result due anytime. Could be out after close today. I am expecting a decent increase in ASL's earnings and 6c ffr final div=11c for the year. This should boost ASL SP and expect BDL to follow suit. IMO this friendly TO is a win-win for both companies... and a strong ASL result will boost likelyhood the merger will go-ahead as higher ASL SP benefits BDL holders... as well as those holding ASL.
