Interesting story on Resource Capital Fund selling their Ausenco business which they took private in 2016.
The Ausenco business was one which I rated, the drivers behind the acquisition certainly play into the LYL investment thematic.
Would be most interested in the metrics applied to the acquisition to apply to a premium operation like LYL, arguably the best in breed.
