    hey dragonz your percentage increases are incorrect there..

    Dec - $2.25 to 2.70 = 17% --> actually 20% rise

    jan - 2.05 to 2.70 = 22% --> actually 32% rise

    Feb - 2.05 to 2.55 = 19% --> actually 24% rise

    looks like a good play for me this month with ex div date 25/3 (if im not mistaken) nice yield..
