    The Ausex BOD Have an obligation to its share holders to answer the points put foreward by the GGG notice of todays date.
    They are looking for AIM listing i don't think this will materialise purely based upon ignoring rules which they have broken by disregarding the voting by proxy on share options which they also traded breaching all rules. This would not be tolerated by an AIM listed company.
