Understand the situation - a writ was served to KML Monday afternoon - their management/board/ will need to look at it in detail - their lawyers will nened to do the same, then GBG and Ansteel will do the same, don't expect a response straight away. That is good corporate practice!!
This will go on for sometime - lawyers and expert witnesses will have a field day. Ausgroup had to do this whether right or wrong, worth the gamble either way. We all know there have been problems with the plant, maybe at sometime we will find out the causes.
