The reasons most of us are shareholders are as follows
* LYC is nearly at breakeven having come a very long way
* ASP is heading up
* COP is trending down
* The SP is basically equivalent to a Call Option on the Px of LRE
my own estimate is that the leverage is around a factor of 6. Ie if the px
of REO goes up 10% the SP maight go up 60%
The above is good enough for me. Im tired of reading "detailed" and ignorant
assumptions
