I doubt the alternate technology will be 4G for the following...

    I doubt the alternate technology will be 4G for the following reasons:
    - 4G coverage would be smaller than 3G.
    - Bandwidth requirements do not justify 4G, 3G is more than sufficient.
    - 4G comms modules would require testing just like any other alternate technology.

    All indications point to Ericsson/NTC winning the contract.
