Fea announced today that the litigation instituted by Auspine has been withdrawn. This should be good news for FEA

Great Southern has already announced that it believes total MIS sales for the industry will be down this Year and so too probably will GTP sales

IMHO Great Southern is very different to FEA and i believe has a superior product and would expect to make up any fall in industry sales by increasing its market share

FEA only does forrests which is NOT affected by the uncertainty created by the ATO rulings on non forrestry products. Even so its SP has been caught in the ripple effect of this negativity.
Now that the uncertainty created by the AUSPINE litigation has been removed IMHO and if my theory on MIS sales is correct the SP should be in for better times
