Nothing good will be implemented. Western governments are nothing but criminal cartels milking the people dry. There is a huge financial crash coming. The US is staggering on its last legs (as planned) and dragflation is happening. US interest rates will begin dropping , crashing the dollar value and sending gold to the moon.
