The "Big Four' are losing their share value as the Chinese weasel their way out of the completion of unit purchases etc ! They buy off plan with a small deposit and then disappear! Leaving The Stakeholders, I.E. The banks, in the poop! Any wonder their shares are tanking ! Coupled with terrible Commodity prices ,its a double Whammy! And the Chinese govt is really starting to monitor the amount of money that the Chinese can take out of china ! A report today in the courier Mail ,stated that over 50% of Unit purchases in Sydney and Melbourne involved Chinese! Beware the Unit Market!
