Yes I just figured they didn't have a choice (banks simply wouldn't lend to them), like if I wanted to get a loan from a Chinese bank, I just figured I would have to jump through hoops to have it approved. Especially as it pertains to fraud, get a fraudulent valuation at an inflated price, buy the property from a related party, then make off like a bandit.
